John is a co-founder of Practice Technologies, Inc., a technology and legal content provider to many of the largest law firms in the United States.  In addition to serving as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company, he has product management and operating responsibilities.  Prior to joining Practice Technologies, he was Chief Financial Officer at FasTV, Inc., a new media company focused on leveraging content partners’ video assets on the internet. and was a principal at The Windsor Park Group, a boutique merchant banking and management consulting firm providing services on an international basis to clients ranging from small internet start-ups to multi-billion dollar international service firms.  He began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the Management Consulting and Valuations groups and holds a JD/MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
